US Chamber promotes two senior execs

By Katherine Schaefer David Hirschmann, former executive vice president of the National Chamber Foundation, has been promoted to president and CEO of U.S. Chamber’s Global Intellectual Property Center and the Center for Capital Markets, effective Jan. 1, 2008. Arthur J. Rothkopf will absorb the foundation’s leadership role into his current position. Hirschmann first joined the Chamber in 1992 as director of Latin American affairs.
